BCT MyCardRules™

Allows you to set spending, geographical and parental controls. This also helps you prevent misuse and fraud by allowing you to turn your BCT Debit Card ON and OFF with ease.

1 Mobile deposit requires enrollment. Contact our Customer Care Center at 800-296-8431. To utilize this Mobile Deposit feature you will need to be a registered BCT Online Banking user and download the BCT Mobile App.

Alerts and Notifications Enrollment

Setup 'push' notifications to your mobile devices about account activity, such as a low balance. These notifications and alerts are automatically sent to your mobile device.

  1. Login to BCT Online Banking using ID/password
  2. From home screen go to OPTIONS tab
  3. In this sub-menu, choose MOBILE SETTINGS
  4. Another sub-menu appears with 2 options: WEB and TEXT (you should notice that the system defaults to WEB) if not, click on WEB.
  5. Click on enable to get web access
  6. Click to receive text alerts for account activity such as confirmations on bill payments and money transfers.
  7. Enter mobile number
  8. Select mobile carrier
  9. Select accounts you want to access
  10. Select submit
  11. An online agreement will appear. Once read, scroll to the bottom of the page and click AGREE.
  12. You will receive a text message on your mobile device. Follow the URL that will be provided to access online banking. You may want to bookmark or save this URL.
  13. If you have a Smartphone (iPhone, Android device), download our free Mobile App for a fast, convenient experience on your mobile device - iPhone®, iPad®, and Android™. Since your mobile account is already established, you will be able to see all your accounts once you download and install our BCT Mobile App. Should you want to change that setting, go to the MOBILE SETTINGS tab and choose accounts.
 
 

Mobile Text Banking*

Setup your cellphone to enable you to request real-time account information such as balances or transaction history from your cellphone or smartphone.

  1. Login to BCT Online Banking (formerly NetTeller) using ID/password
  2. From home screen go to tab titled OPTIONS
  3. In this sub-menu, choose MOBILE SETTINGS
  4. Choose TEXT from the options in this sub-menu
  5. Click on enable
  6. Enter mobile number
  7. Give each account you wish to access a short nickname (example: home checking, child savings, etc.)
  8. Click SUBMIT
  9. An online agreement will appear. Once read, scroll to the bottom of the page and click AGREE.
  10. You will receive instructions to text a 5 digit number to another 5 digit number. (The text message will give both of these 5 digit numbers).
  11. It is suggested to add this 5 digit number to your Contacts using a name easy to recall (example: BCT Mobile text)
  12. You can then text the Contact and receive account information.
