Gather the following documents to be submitted at some point after speaking with your BCT business banker.

For Existing Business

  1. Prior Year Business Tax Return
  2. Current Year-to-date actuals plus budget
  3. 3 Year Projections
  4. Copy of MBE Certification
  5. Certificate of Good Standing
  6. Articles of Incorporation
  7. A Personal Financial Statement will be required and your banker will discuss the requirements when you speak

For New Business

  1. Prior Year Business Tax Return
  2. Current Year-to-date actuals plus budget
  3. Business plan with 5 year projection
  4. Any business market research related to the business
  5. Certificate of Good Standing
  6. Articles of Incorporation
  7. A Personal Financial Statement will be required and your banker will discuss the requirements when you speak
