Customers who have used BCT’s Loan Quick Pay service are being notified this week that this service will be discontinued, effective April 15, 2021. Our recently enhanced digital banking services now provide similar payment options, including:
- Make a one-time transfer or setup recurring transfers from a BCT checking account using BCT Online or Mobile Banking
- Request a pre-registered automatic payment from your BCT checking account*
- Request a pre-registered automatic payment from an account you have at a different financial institution*
*To register, see your BCT branch staff, contact the Customer Care Center, or email us at LoanPayments@mybct.bank. You may also utilize the BCT ACH Payment Authorization form and mail it to the address below.
In addition to the options above, customers may still make a payment in person at any of our branch locations or by mailing your payment to:

For those who do not currently have a deposit account with BCT and would like to open one, please visit one of our local branch offices (appointments recommended) or Apply Online.
