When paying a business, BCT's BillPay system will generate either an E-payment or a paper check. E-payments are made to registered businesses generally take up to 2 business days. There are thousands of businesses registered with BCT BillPay, so most businesses are available for E-payment.Paper check payments may take up to 5 business days, so plan accordingly.
