(the "Company") (OTC: PTBS), the one bank holding company for Bank of Charles Town (BCT), for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 earned $0.826 million or $0.20 per share compared to $0.818 million or $0.20 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. Net income was $1.545 million or $0.37 per share for the six months of 2020 compared to $1.437 million or $0.35 per share for the same period in 2019, an increase of 7.5%.Full Story
