Supports the Branch Network and Commercial Department as a Wire Support Specialist with a focus on Wire services. Wire support duties include: Retail Incoming/Outgoing Wires, Commercial Incoming/Outgoing Wires, Mortgage Incoming/Outgoing Wires, and Domestic and International Incoming/Outgoing Wires.
The Wire Support Specialist will assist the Deposit Operations Manager, Director of Digital Banking, Cash Management Support Officer, and the Wire Department for internal and external clients regarding these services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service
• Ability to deal effectively with client questions or concerns.
• Knows the Bank’s products and services thoroughly.
• Continuously demonstrates a helpful, friendly attitude and is committed to providing excellent client service.
• Serves as a model of excellent customer service to other employees.
• Handles client complaints or questions and refers them to the appropriate party to remedy the situation.
Wire Department Support
• Provide timely response to all client inquiries.
• Assist Mortgage, Commercial, Finance and Retail Divisions on Wire Inquiries
• Process Incoming/Outgoing Wires from the Federal Reserve
• Process Outgoing Wires from External and Internal Clients
• Process Outgoing Cash Management Online Banking Wires
• Other duties that may be assigned by Management.

• Adheres to all bank policies and procedures and to internal controls and system access restrictions.
• Maintains neat and orderly work area and ensures that all negotiables and confidential records are properly secured.
• Understands role in case of robbery, whether victim or bystander, and knows proper post-robbery procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
At least 1-3 years of wire support experience, including a good knowledge base of the following: processing of Retail, Mortgage and Cash Management Online Banking wires, and account balances and funds availability.
