BCT Welcomes Masuma Kerawala as Branch Manager of Middleburg Office

CHARLES TOWN, WV, April 20, 2023 (OTC:PTBS) – BCT-Bank of Charles Town, also known as The Community’s Bank, recently welcomed Masuma Kerawala who will serve as the Branch Manager of the Middleburg, Virginia banking office located at 115 The Plains Road. Ms. Kerawala will lead the staff in providing retail and business financial services while developing beneficial relationships with clients and the local community.

Ms. Kerawala brings over 15 years of financial services experience to BCT.  Most recently, she served as Assistant Branch Manager with FVCBank in the Northern Virginia market.  Prior financial services experience includes positions of increasing responsibility in banking and mortgage finance with Capital One, Navy Federal Credit Union, Millennium Bank, First Niagara Bank, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  In addition to financial services, Ms. Kerawala has several years’ experience serving in administrative and technical support positions with Atlantis Logistics and Active Health Management.

Ms. Kerawala is dedicated to supporting community organizations and initiatives.  She currently serves as a member of the Middleburg Business Association and as a member of the Sterling Women organization.  She also volunteers to help seniors with their food supplies and grocery shopping while serving at her mosque, Idara E Jaferia.

With an Associate’s degree from Queens College, Ms. Kerawala also studied at Arlington Career Center  School of Business with a focus in Banking & Finance.

Ms. Kerawala makes her home in Loudoun County, Virginia with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling to her native land of Mumbai, India, whenever possible.  She also enjoys trips to the beach, Disney, playing with the family cats, and Bollywood movies.
